CARGA IMEDIATA SOBRE IMPLANTE NA REGIÃO DE PRÉ-MAXILA: RELATO DE CASO CLÍNICO

Résumé


O procedimento de exodontia com a instalação de um implante imediato com carga imediata deve seguir um protocolo de tratamento e seqüência clínica para assegurar o sucesso do tratamento. Quando o comprimento ósseo alveolar encontra-se reduzido devido a pneumatização do seio maxilar, há a necessidade de levantamento da membrana sinusal e enxerto ósseo previamente a instalação do implante. O presente artigo teve o objetivo de relatar o procedimento de exodontia, levantamento do seio maxilar com osteótomos de Summers e instalação imediata com carga imediata de implante (Supreme Cone Morse, Dentoflex, Brasil) na região de pré-molar superior em uma paciente de 30 anos de idade do sexo feminino. A extração dental foi realizada de forma atraumática e o levantamento da membrana antral foi realizado com osteótomos de Summers com aumento de 4 milímetros e o implante foi instalado com torque satisfatório para carga imediata. Pilar do tipo UCLA foi utilizado para a instalação da coroa provisória. Após 4 meses a coroa foi removida para a confecção da prótese metalocerâmica. O tratamento com implante imediato e carga imediata na região posterior da maxila é uma boa opção terapêutica quando os pacientes são selecionados de modo criterioso demonstrando ser um tratamento previsível e que pode prevenir a reabsorção óssea alveolar, possibilitando a manutenção da arquitetura gengival e uma resposta psicológica positiva do paciente.
